SaaS Leader Planisware Sees 14.3% Constant Currency Revenue Growth Amid Extended Sales Cycles

29-04-2025

Planisware, a leading B2B SaaS software publisher in the burgeoning Project Economy, has announced a 16% increase in its first-quarter revenue to €47.5 million. This growth, achieved at current exchange rates, underscores the continued success of the company's flagship SaaS platform, which remains a market leader. At constant exchange rates, the revenue growth was 14.3%, aligning with the company's projected trajectory for mid-to-high teens growth in 2025.

The company highlighted that recurring revenue, which accounts for 92% of total revenue, grew by 16.2% at constant exchange rates. Despite facing extended sales cycles, Planisware has maintained strong commercial momentum, attributed to an increasing pipeline fueled by high demand for innovative solutions that offer visibility and agility. The firm has reaffirmed its 2025 targets, including constant currency revenue growth of 15% to 20%, an adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 35%, and a cash conversion rate of around 80%.

Loïc Sautour, CEO of Planisware, commented on the results, noting the company's resilience in the face of prolonged customer decision-making processes. 'We continue to leverage the close relationships we have with our existing clients while also initiating commercial relationships with new clients,' Sautour stated. This strategy appears to be paying off, as the company navigates through macroeconomic uncertainties with caution.

Planisware's performance in the first quarter of 2025 reflects the robust demand for SaaS solutions in the Project Economy, a sector experiencing rapid growth. The company's ability to meet its targets amidst challenging conditions speaks to the strength of its business model and the effectiveness of its strategic initiatives. As Planisware moves forward, it remains focused on sustaining its growth trajectory and capitalizing on opportunities within the evolving digital economy.
